White Chocolate Brownies

Although I enjoy a piece of white chocolate every now and then, I’m not a huge fan.  I’m also not a die hard brownie fan, So, when I decided to make white chocolate brownies I wasn’t sure what to expect.  Boy was I in for a big surprise.  I love them and so does everyone who tries them. They are amazing.  Rich, buttery, moist, dense and chewy.  A perfect combination.  The best part is that they’re very easy to make…one bowl and no mixer needed. Only ten minutes and they’re in the oven.  Try them and see for yourself!

Add sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon. Stir in salt, eggs and vanilla, then add flour and stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan and bake for 25-28 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Remove from oven, cool completely and cut into squares.
