Watermelon Cream Popsicles

Of all the popsicles I’ve made over the summer, Watermelon Cream Popsicles are at the top of my list of favorites.  I love being creative and experimenting with making popsicles. They only take a few minutes to make and are a great, refreshing summertime treat. For anyone who loves watermelon, this recipe will be a hit.  If you want to make a fat-free version, just omit the cream and substitute another cup of seeded melon.
