Super Rich Banana Bread Recipe with Chocolate Chips

Although I’m not much of a bread eater, I do enjoy quick breads and sweet breads; especially banana bread. What’s even better is bananas and chocolate. That’s a combination that’s hard to beat. I developed this banana bread recipe for my 94 year old mom who loves her sweets, is on hospice care and can’t eat a lot of the things she used to love.  She really seemed to enjoy it, so I’ll be making it whenever I have over-ripe bananas.
